OtoClear Tips were developed as a better way to irrigate patients' ears. Unlike older irrigating methods that simply shot out a stream of water, the OtoClear Tip was designed to deflect water to the sides of the ear canal, instead of directly at the tympanic membrane. Additionally, the flared shaped tips fit snugly into the ear canal with exit portals for water and debris.
